SheQuest, the ultimate women's fitness retreat, is a great opportunity for you to get away for a night, get healthy and get fit!


Ladies, you're invited! Fitness trainer and professional instructor Heather Hall is leading a Quest for every woman to be her BEST. Join the quest! This women's retreat will challenge, inspire and show you that not only can you reach your goals...you can go beyond!

  • Delicious catered meals, snacks, guided workouts and a chance for rest and relaxation!

TIME: Check in on Friday the 5th, 4:30-5:30 P.M.  Finish on Saturday the 6th, 3:00 P.M.

EARLY-BIRD COST: $99 - Includes lodging, 3 meals, snacks, water bottle, professional fitness instruction, 5k obstacle mud run and priceless fun and rejuvenation. Invite a friend and get a $10 refund at check-in.

 


What to bring?

Pillow, sleeping bag or twin sized linens and blanket (linens available for $10 up charge), personal care items, a pair of indoor shoes and a pair of outdoor/mud shoes. For running the obstacle course it is suggested you wear athletic clothing that covers the knees and elbows. A snug fitting pair of mechanics gloves with gripper palms (available at Menard's/Home Depot etc for about $10) are also a great hand saving investment.  A light jacket in case it's cool by the camp fire or if you take a late or early walk would also be a good idea.
